Install majority of pulleys where most of downward tension will be placed, i.e. on the end a person will be pushing the net from. The cable fits into the groove on the pulley wheel, which allows your net to slide much easier. The more pulleys used the easier mobility will be, but typically 5-10 on each line on the end the nets will be pushed from is adequate.

Pulley with removable pin allows installation without detaching cable lines.
