This form must be completed for all issues requiring a return, including: mis-orders, warranty requests, shipping damage etc.

Practice Sports, Inc. & our vendors work hard to achieve a very low defect/production error rate. As with all custom craftsmanship, we are also not immune to occasional human errors, or defective materials. When this occurs, we will work swiftly with the manufacturer to resolve the issues. General Return Policy:

  • Custom fabricated items are not eligible for return, unless defective.

  • Original items may need to be returned to make alterations. It is the manufacturer's decision whether the original item shall be modified, or a completely new item shall be shipped.

  • Stock items will be assessed a minimum 25% re-stocking fee, depending on manufacturer (unless defective).

  • If a product was originally shipped under a FREE SHIPPING promotion, the customer is responsible for the original uncharged OUTBOUND shipping costs, as well as the RETURN shipping costs and applicable manufacturer's re-stocking fees. This will be deducted from the credit.

  • Any signs of shipping damage must be noted on the shipper's receipt, and signed by the driver. If the damage was concealed, it must be reported immediately for a chance at compensation. Please also take photos for documentation. We will work with the carrier to assist with the claim's process, but can not guarantee full compensation, as we are not responsible for the carrier's actions.

  • Customers are responsible for initial return shipping costs.

  • If a product is determined to be defective, standard ground shipping costs will be reimbursed and return standard ground shipping costs will be paid by the manufacturer.

  • Credit will be issued upon inspection by manufacturer confirming reported issue.

  • If inspection confirms customer report to be false, customer will be assessed a 15% handling cost, as well as return shipping costs if item is requested to be re-shipped.

  • If original item was fabricated properly, costs for any requested alterations shall be borne by the customer, including a 15% expediting cost.

  • In the event of a defect under the appropriate warranty, we will, at the manufacturer's discretion, send replacement material, request the item be returned for repair, issue a partial credit, or fully replace the item when deemed appropriate.

  • Warranties do not not cover damages caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, weather, improper handling, improper installation, improper maintenance, damage by landscaping equipment, or animal damage.

  • The manufacturer will assess the damage via photos and can identify a netting defect.

  • Netting used for the incorrect application are not eligible for warranty coverage, e.g. youth-rated netting used by high-school players.

  • For netting, manufacturers defects are limited to the knotting, binding and construction of the net. Holes being punched in the netting and/or worn and broken netting are not included within this warranty.

  • Alteration or modification of the product voids any warranty.

  • Practice Sports, Inc. is not liable for any of the client's internal expenses while equipment is being modified, including loss of revenue or re-installation.

  • It is normal course for the replacement parts/products to be shipped after the original parts/products have been received by Practice Sports, Inc. If a customer desires that the replacement items be sent prior to receipt of the return, the customer will be charged full price for the items and shipping, and will be credited the price of the items upon receipt of the returned items (freight will not be credited - custom items are never eligible for return or credit).

  • This limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Practice Sports, Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever.
