This product is an angled channel that needs to be attached to the wall and to the back of the wall padding. As for the quantities, it will depend on the height of your padding. For pads around 6' and taller it would be ideal to run two tracks on the top & bottom. So if your total linear feet is 8'L for instance, you'll actually need to purchase 32 feet of track since you'll need a total of (4) 8' runs. ...
