Background / Company Info

We are a family owned & operated small business, with a strong passion for sports. We currently operate a fabrication shop outside of Cleveland, and our sales office & headquarters are just outside of Omaha, Nebraska.

Our deep roots in the sports world takes us back over 30 years, in the form of playing & coaching throughout Omaha. In 2001 our official business, College Sports, Inc. (CSI) was founded, and BattingNets.com hit the web shortly thereafter. A few years later we founded Practice Sports, Inc. (PSI) , to more accurately represent the BattingNets.com business model, focusing on sports equipment. CSI is still in operation, and currently manages numerous College Sports fan based websites, selling apparel & tickets.

PSI currently operates a variety of online stores, to offer specialized yet streamlined shopping:

Simply put, we are pros in the industry of batting cages & other sports training systems. We are also distributors for a variety of other high-quality sports equipment which complement our systems. We specialize in designing high quality batting cage systems for a variety of sports, including: baseball, softball, golf, hockey & many more. Some of our customers include individual households, schools, & training facilities. We work closely with each organization to design a system compatible with their facility - opposed to sending a generic system, and letting our customers worry about on-site fabrication, when they need to focus on the organizational aspect of a new facility.

Design:

We operate a fabrication shop in Ohio, where we design all of our own Batting Cage Systems - from In-Ground / Free-Standing / Retractable / Electric Frames, to Cable Suspension Systems -- we can design the perfect system for your situation.

Installation & Inspection:

We also offer nationwide Installation & Inspection services, to put a professional touch on your personal or commercial batting cage system - or if your equipment is in need of servicing, or just a solid independent inspection to give you peace of mind - our full-service shop does it all!

Our standard evaluation & estimate process: Provide us with your vision / specs / requirements - via phone or email We provide a ballpark estimate If more details are required for your estimate, we may require photos of your facility If you would like to order, we will accept a variable deposit (based on location & job size) to schedule installation If you require our crew to visit your site in advance, 50% of your deposit will go towards travel & labor for the site visit - the other 50% will be applied to your order If a site visit is not required, the full deposit will be applied to your order Omaha-area installations A 50% total invoice down-payment is required within 30 days of your installation date, and the final 50% is due the day of job completion
